First Aid and Safety for the Outdoors a practically based course designed to meet the needs of those who teach or lead groups in the outdoors.
Course Objectives
This two day Outdoor First Aid course, provided through Mountain Medicine Ltd (HSE reg. 991/91), is recognised by the Health & Safety Executive, covering all aspects of the HSE Emergency First Aid at Work Award (was called Appointed persons) with additional elements which are appropriate to the mountain and outdoor environment.
This is a practically based course designed to meet the needs of those who teach or lead groups in the outdoors.
LUNCH IS NOT PROVIDED, PLEASE BRING A PACKED LUNCH WITH YOU ON BOTH DAYS.
A residential option is available for a small additional charge, please contact us for further information (sorry this option is not currently available).
