‘Fun Fit’ is a program that runs successfully in many Cornish schools. The aim of Fun Fit is to support students that are showing signs of co-ordination and motor planning difficulties. It is aimed at Teachers/SENCOs/Teaching Assistants and provides them with the guidance and support needed to set up and run a program in their own schools.
Delegates will receive a teams link a few days before the event.
Course Objectives
This course aims to ensure that delegates: • Know how Fun Fit can benefit students with motor co-ordination difficulties • Are able to identify students showing signs of co-ordination and motor planning difficulties • Understand how Developmental Coordination Disorder and motor coordination needs may affect students • Will know how to run a Fun Fit group at their school
