Looking at practical coping strategies, support which is available, self care for carers and how to start conversations with young people Including alternative positive coping strategies, safety plans and how to ask for help.
Knowledge: You will leave with an understanding of types of self-harming behaviour, possible reasons why young people self harm, ways of helping young people cope with their feelings and urges to self harm.
