The short online seminars are designed to provide an insight into key areas of curriculum development that can be further supported by the curriculum advisors working directly with your school to provide a bespoke package.
• Each seminar is distinct in itself but forms part of an overall picture of curriculum intent, implementation and impact. • The online seminars will provide information, facilitate access to resources and an opportunity for teachers to share and reflect on their practice. • Pre and post tasks will support the online seminar and help you to develop your practice.
The online seminar will cover: Seminar 1: ‘We’re all in it together’: Creating a shared culture for implementation
• Develop a collaborative culture of professional development. • Identify systems for implementation to support quality first teaching and curriculum. • How to factor in time for reflection and development.

| | Starts: | Monday 18 January 2021 16.00 to 18.00 | Code: EYFS10 | | | | Venue: | Online, MS Teams, ## | Map | | | | | About this course | Basic safeguarding training should be undertaken by all workers and volunteers who are in regular contact or have a period of intense but irregular contact with children and young people. This is in line with the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage which requires providers to train all of their staff as outlined in paragraph 3.6. Our Safeguarding Children Partnership for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly (OSCP) requires that this training should be refreshed every two to three years.
The course will support all those working with children to build understanding and confidence in relation to safeguarding children from harm and know what to do and where to go if they have any concerns.
