• The nature of dyslexia
• Phonology, reading and spelling
• Memory
• Mathematics and dyslexia
• Creating a positive classroom climate
• Assessment and intervention programmes
• Partnership with parents and pupils
• Supporting literacy needs in the classroom
• Exploration of resources to support
children and young people on the
dyslexic spectrum
On day three, there will be a half-day session specifically for those schools who wish to work towards the IDFS+ quality mark. The cost covers up to two members of staff from the same school (£160)
Course dates: 25th, 28th, 29th June.
Refreshments will be available from 9.00am; the course will start at 9.30am.
The cost covers up to two members of staff from the same school.
Lunch will be provided – please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.
There is very limited parking, please car share where possible.
