About this course
Young people in the UK have the highest rates of self-harm in Europe. This growing number is meaning that teachers are having to support larger numbers of children and young people with increasing complex needs including self-harm.
This twilight course is designed to provide teachers and allied professionals information and strategies to support children and young people who self-harm.
A course for anyone working with children aged 0 to 5 years old, looking at the neuroscience of human development across that age group and how to use this knowledge in practice to promote optimal brain development.
