Accessibility statement for the cornwalllearningonline website
This website is managed by WebBased Ltd. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
• change the text size (Small, Medium and Large) • zoom in up to 200% without the text spilling off the screen • navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
• you cannot change colours, contrast levels and fonts • when you zoom beyond 200% the text will spill off the screen • you cannot navigate the website using just a keyboard • the text will not reflow in a single column when you change the size of the browser window • you cannot modify the line height or spacing of text • most older PDF documents are not fully accessible to screen reader software • some parts of the homepage and some headings do not have a strong enough colour contrast • you may not be able to listen to all parts of the website using a screen reader
We are currently considering upgrading our course booking system meaning that some accessibility functionality will not be available until this happens. In the meantime, we are working to make our website as accessible as possible.
